MINIMUM ORDER: Minimum order to purchase is AED 40. Please add more items to your cart to be eligible for shipping.

SAME DAY DELIVERY: If order has been placed before 12pm the same day, we can deliver same day but not guaranteed, still depends on location if courier can deliver. Usually delivery time will be night after 6pm onwards. If very urgent please contact us first to confirm the location before placing the order.

DELIVERY ARRANGEMENT: Our delivery partner will contact you on the day of delivery to make sure someone is out there to receive your package. If the courier is unable to deliver for any reason, our partner will contact you via call, Whatsapp or email the subsequent business day to rearrange an alternate delivery date.

WRONG OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS:  We are pleased to provide the correct and complete address upon placing the order to avoid any delay on delivery and inconvenienced to every end. This is must to provide you a better service.

REMOTE AREA: Area’s that are on city limits required scheduled time of delivery and there will be additional charges upon the location. Our delivery partner will inform you via call, whatsapp or email for any additional charges or specific time of delivery.

NON-SERVICEABLE AREA: Please note that there are some area’s that courier cannot be delivered so we can confirm only once the address has been provided or order has been placed. Our delivery partner will inform you via call, Whatsapp or email for the location of warehouse nearby your location prior for collection if both parties are agreed. There will be special delivery but you need to pay extra charges.

PAID RETURN POLICY

At BEINGBUILDER.COM, we want you to be satisfied on every purchase you are placing. If you’re unhappy with your order, we are giving you the chance to return your product. To be eligible for a full refund:

  • - Your item/items must be sealed, unused along with the original tag and in the same condition that you received it with it’s original box if have.
  • - Return request shall be placed within 5 business days after the delivery.
  • - AED 50 will be applied on this service.


REFUNDING THE PURCHASE

  • Monetary refunds on Cash On Delivery (COD) purchases are not accepted. Orders can only be refunded as store credit, which can be used for future purchases. Any future purchases will be subject to the same COD/shipping fees procedures if applicable.
  • All Credit Card refunds will be credited back to the original payment card used for the transaction.
  • Refunds in store credit can be processed within 5 business days, once item is returned to our facility, and credit will appear in customer’s account within 24 hours.
  • Credit cards refund can be processed within 5 business days, once item is returned to our facility, but it might take up to 14 days for the refund to show up on credit card statement, depending on customer’s bank.


RETURNS EXCLUSIONS

For hygiene purposes, the following items cannot be exchanged or refunded: swimwear, goggles, sports bras, socks, gloves, shoe laces, insoles, bandages, hand wraps, towels, mats and other similar items. Products that come in sealed packaging cannot be exchanged or refunded.


REQUESTING RETURNS

  • Customer should send an email to Customer Support team at cs@beingbuilder.com or in Whatsapp +971585374119 and provide the order number and the items he/she wishes to return, within 5 business days from date of delivery.
  • Customer should provide an image for the item showing its condition and the original tag/box.
  • If the item meets the requirements, support team will request our courier to pick up the item from the customer. Once item has been returned, refund/store credit will be issued.


ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

  • Items must be returned within 5 business days after the requested date. Any returns requested after the mentioned period, will not be accepted.
  • Any additional items returned that were not included in the approved list of returned items will be sent back to the customer and the shipping cost will be charged to the customer.
  • All items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached. Please ensure you include any designer packaging that may have been included. If in any case where the products have not been returned in their original state, used, etc. then the customer will have to pay for the shipping charges for the return. The customer will not be allowed to choose their means of shipping the products, it will be returned through the shipping company/companies we work with only.
  • All items are quality checked before dispatching, however, if you receive a damaged/incorrect item, then please send an email to the Customer Support team at cs@beingbuilder.com or in Whatsapp +971585374119 to do the needful, within 48 hours of receiving and they will revert you back within 2 business days.
  • Our Customer Support team will email you to confirm that your return item(s) has been received and will process the refund/store credit.
